Welcome to Link With Work
Link With Work (LWW) is a program of the Grand River Hospital in Kitchener, Ontario where we have been
providing community based services since May of 1991. Our team of therapists and physicians conduct
assessments or provide physical/functional rehabilitation. The focus of our services is our customer; our
goal is to provide objective assessments, effective consultations or treatment.

- Work Conditioning
- Work Hardening
- Job Coaching
- Physical Demands Analysis
- Multidisciplinary Health Care Assessments (MDHCA) with a specialist
physician/physiotherapist in the WSIB approved Regional Evaluation
Centre (REC)

- School, In-home, and Jobsite Visits
- Independent Examinations - Medical Specialists (Orthopedic, Neurological, Physiatrist), Psychologist,
Neuropsychologist, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Vocational, Chiropractor
- Functional Abilities Evaluation (FAE)
